During specially designed Master Your Body classes you will increase your energy level, boost your confidence and start to balance your life with total ease.
The classes held in a small groups (not more than 5 people) to give you a personalized support and attention. You will be able to reconnect with other women in safe and nurturing environment where you don't need to "keep your formal mask" but just be yourself and receive a support. These classes are life changing for our participants.

Your next step is to book and come to experience your first FREE TRIAL group class. If you feel that this is for you, you can continue on regular weekly basis or just drop-in whenever you want. No long-term contracts. Your results purely depends on a level of your commitment and consistency. And if you want to take it further, there are specially designed group or private programs available to support your deeper needs.
How is the regular class looks like?
Each class is a combination of gentle yoga postures and guided meditation. Construction of yoga postures sequences is designed based on KHYF yoga tradition, where we adapt postures to particular needs and client's abilities. Usually for beginners, we structure a sequence of postures in a such way that it facilitates movement, flexibility and synchronization with breathing. As we progress, more and more postures are taught, as well as breathing techniques.
Each week a new topic for reflexion will be presented in the beginning of the class, for example, connection with the body, with the earth, acceptance, etc. We focus on this particular topic during a class while doing yoga postures and breathing techniques. The class ends with 20 min guided visualization or meditation to help to integrate new healthy habits. The guided visualizations or meditations will be recorded and will be available for download in 24 hours after the class on a special page of the website available only for participants. You can use the recording just before you go to bed to support the integration of new healthy habits.

- 40 minutes of yoga
- 20 minutes of meditation with integrated energy clearings

* Quantity of the classes for trimester is calculated before the trimester starts based on quantity of available classes on chosen days. If you let us know in advance, that you will be absent for certain dates due to personal holidays or vacations, those days will not be included to invoice. Otherwise, missed classes are not refundable but can be replaced during the same trimester.
Payment plan can be designed only for trimester payments and agreed with Ganna Guglya if necessary.
All payments are required to be paid in advance, according to your chosen price option and the due date indicated on invoice. The payment can be paid in cash, by Paypal or credit card, by transfer to the Awake to Fullness account. The payment details are provided in registration form or Invoice.
