Your Miracle Year 2013
The biggest miracle you can have in your life is to go beyond what you believe is possible for you. So, if you had unlimited resources, and you were to receive 10 millions dollars every year, who would you be and what would your life look like? We don't even realize how big the role of money is in our life? Every single decision that we make is based on money, can I afford it or not? And our dreams are usually based on money as well. "When I become a millionaire I'd have this and this and I'll be that and that." In essence, we are not allowing ourselves to have the freedom and ease to be our potential now. And what if it's a choice? What if we are actually choosing the difficulty and suffering, as, at least we know what it is, and we feel most comfortable in it. The other part for us seems scary and filled with lots of responsibilities. That's why the huge number of lottery winners return to the same situation in which they have been before (if not worse) within the first three years after winning. The reason for that, is that our internal identifications haven't changed when the outside circumstances change.
Five biggest reasons why New Year's resolutions fail.
It's a NEW Year soon, with brand new beginnings and new possibilities. We hope and truly believe that if we make a special wish on new Year's Eve, it'll magically happen. We ask to meet the special-one, to get a brand new job, brand new career, maybe change a boss, look sexy, have lots of money, lots of friends and be loved. We all make New Year's resolutions, and we totally believe we will make them happen. A couple of weeks go by, and soon we return to our normal patterns, and we forget about our resolutions, or we push them to the next year!

Emotional balance?

Have you ever asked yourself what it means to be in an emotional balance? Is it balance between negative and positive feelings? Between low and high moments in our life? Or is it a feeling of being in peace or in harmony?
Well, I have to tell you the truth and I'm sorry to disappoint you. As long as we are going to be normal human beings, the longer we are going to experience the whole range and variety of all human feelings… from dark ones to light ones..! This is why old masters, artists, poets and writers master pieces are still as valid today as they have been in the past. The feelings haven't changed in the last centuries even with our civilization. We still get angry, aggressive, jealous and do lots of damage to each other.

Stress is a natural, inherent mechanism to protect us from outside danger. Simply put, stress is a chemical reaction to outside circumstances. The chemical change results in a rush of adrenaline that enables the physical response necessary to confront or escape whatever danger we face. And, while we very rarely encounter real life danger, we are, nevertheless, in fight or flight mode a lot of the time. Stress has become a normal reaction to any feeling outside of our " comfort zone" and we instinctively look for ways to protect ourselves. In the modern world, change occurs constantly as we are overloaded with information consistently. Therefore, the need to be flexible and accept change is greater than ever. So why are some people less susceptible to stress than others? We all have genetic predispositions as well mental and emotional patterns. Even the way we process information through the senses varies from person to person. This is why some are more sensitive than others, take things more closely to the heart and experience the world differently. This is the reason why some are more open and sensitive to stress. However, there are ways to condition ourselves to better deal with stress. The very first thing is to recognize our pattern behaviors and be very aware that there is no real danger.
